E. BERNIECE KOCHENOUR
E. Berniece Kochenour, 80, of Paulding, died Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at the Gardens of Paulding.
She was born February 13, 1930, in Fort Wayne, Ind., the daughter of the late Walter and Elsie (Perkins) Reighter. On June 20, 1951, she married James H. Kochenour, who preceded her in death on January 8, 2004.
Survivors include two sons, Bob (Pam Beck) Kochenour of Paulding and Bill (Amy) Kochenour of Oakwood; two daughters, Kathy (Mike) Thompson and Sue (Tim) Thompson, both of Paulding; 20 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Two brothers, Floyd and Earl Reighter, and two sisters, Blanche Schaadt and one who died in infancy, also preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 24, at Den Herder Funeral Home in Paulding, with the Rev. Ben Lowell officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery in Paulding.
The family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. Friday, July 23, and an hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home.

OLIVER J. SEVER
Oliver J. “Ollie” Sever, 95, of Delphos, died at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Delphos.
He was born July 29, 1914, in Landeck, the son of the late Marcus and Ann (Rahrig) Sever. On December 31, 1941, he married Rita (Kill) Sever, who survives in Delphos.
Other survivors include three sons, Mark Sever and Carl Sever, both of Fort Collins, Colo., and Oliver “Joe” (Kathy) Sever Jr. of Columbus; four daughters, Penny (Ben) Chinni of Cleveland, Rosemary Koval of Annandale, Va., Janet (Jim) Singleton of Wadsworth and Laurel “Laurie” (Sam) Kill of Spencerville; a sister, Mary Dabbs of Ann Arbor, Mich.; 17 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Three brothers, Lester, Stanley and Howard Sever, and a sister, Cecilia Williams, also preceded him in death.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Delphos, with Father Jacob Gordon officiating. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery in Delphos.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Friday, July 23, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, where a parish wake will be held at 7 that evening.
