SEAY

William Christian “Chris” Seay Jr., 50, of Chesterfield, Va., died Saturday, March 20, 2010.

He was the son of William C. Seay Sr., who survives, and the late Dorothy Seay. He married Debbie (Robenalt) Seay and she also survives.

Survivors also include three stepchildren, Chad M. Seibert, Becky Hathaway and Kim DiFede; a brother, Edgar “Ed” Maddox; two sisters, Beverly and Annie; four grandchildren; and three nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 31, at Clover Hill Assembly of God Church in Chesterfield, Va. Burial will be in Dale Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Bliley’s-Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Road, Richmond, Va.

Preferred memorials: Manchester Rescue Squad.

ROUSH

Jeanne Roush, 59, of Wetzel, died at 5:50 p.m. Saturday, March 20, 2010, at her residence.

She was born July 1, 1950, in Lakeview, the daughter of the late Edgar B. Carter and Lucille B. (Cummins) Carter. She married Howard R. Roush, who survives in Wetzel.

Other survivors include a son, Mike (Michelle) Sarver of Middle Point; four stepchildren, Jeremy (Jamie) Roush of Columbus, Jason (Kim) Roush of Cincinnati, RaChelle (Mike) Dennis of Van Wert and Rebecca (Tracey) Risener of McGuffey; and four grandchildren.

Three brothers, Harry, Richard and Vernon “Pee Wee” Carter, and two sisters, Virginia “Sissy” Pool and Sylvia “Peach” Heintz, also preceded her in death.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 27, at 390 N. Main St. in Lakeview.

There will be visitation.

Preferred memorials: Community Health Professionals-Hospice in Van Wert.

Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert handled arrangements.
