LUCILLE M. KNITTLE
Lucille M. Knittle, 94, of Van Wert, died at 10 a.m. Monday, May 3, 2010, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Van Wert.
She was born July 13, 1915, in Middle Point, the daughter of the late Ray and Maymie (Kohn) Adams. She married Dean Knittle, who preceded her in death on March 18, 1989.
Survivors include a daughter, Sanje (Gary) Musengo of West Chester; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two nieces.
Two brothers, Cletus and Jack Adams; and two sisters, Betty Adams and Mary Ritchie, also preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert, with the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery near Middle Point.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

K. ROSALIE FARMER
K. Rosalie Farmer, 92, of Rockford, died at 4:35 a.m. Monday, May 3, 2010, at Colonial Nursing Center in Rockford.
She was born June 6, 1917, in Blackcreek Township near Rockford, the daughter of the late John M. and Grace (Stober) Williams. On November 20, 1940, she married Ed Farmer, who preceded her in death on May 31, 2000.
Survivors include two sons, John (Judy) Farmer and Roderick (Yvonne) Farmer, both of Rockford; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Four sisters, Virginia Walker, Jessie Berger, Lois Eckhart and Gretchen Webb, also preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 7, at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, with Pastor Steve Waterman officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.
The family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. Thursday, May 6, and an hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
